Click **Setup**. 2. Expand **Customer**. 3. Expand **Account Receivables**. 4. Click **Account Managers**. 5. Do one of the following: * To add a new account manager, click **New**. * To edit an existing account manager, select it and click **Edit**. * To copy an existing account manager, select it and click **Copy**. 6. Enter information about the account manager.

Field	Description
Code	A unique code that identifies the account manager.
Name	The name of the account manager. Click the full name selection box if you want to include a title, middle name, or suffix like Jr.
Inactive	Select this option to deactivate the account manager.
Phone	The account manager's phone number.
Mobile	The account manager's mobile phone number.
E-mail	The account manager's email address.
