Export Active Reports to CSV

Starting with release 3.10.6, when you open an Active Report and click Export to Excel, one of the file formats you can select is CSV.

Store Manager

Run Force Install Tables executable from command prompt

Starting with release 3.10.6, you can run Force Install Tables as an executable from the command prompt. This allows you to update or repair the store database without opening Store Administrator or Store Manager.

To use the Force Install Tables executable, open a command prompt and enter the following:

"C:\Program Files(x86)\Retail Hero\RMH Store Manager\ForceInstallTables.exe" & exit /b

The executable displays either a success or failure message. Detailed results are saved to a log stored in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\RetailHero\RMH Store Manager\Force Install Tables.
