Select a shipping (or delivery) address

This topic describes how cashiers and salespeople can select a customer's shipping (or delivery) address from the Transaction screen.

1. Look up the customer. Refer to Look up customers for more information.

2. Enter all of the items in the transaction.

3. Tap Customers | Select Shipping Address.

4. On the Select Shipping Address screen, select an address from the list of existing addresses.

If the customer wants to ship their purchase to a new address, tap New and enter the new address. Refer to Add a shipping address for more information.

1. (Optional) If the customer wants to change the primary shipping address to a different address, tap the address to select it and tap Set Primary.
