# Select a shipping (or delivery) address
1. Look up the customer. Refer to [**Look up customers**](/readme-1/work-with-customers/customers-looking-up.md) for more information.
2. Enter all of the items in the transaction.
3. Tap **Customers** | **Select Shipping Address**.
4. On the **Select Shipping Address** screen, select an address from the list of existing addresses.

If the customer wants to ship their purchase to a new address, tap **New** and enter the new address. Refer to [**Add a shipping address**](/readme-1/work-with-customers/shipping-adding-address.md) for more information.

5. (Optional) If the customer wants to change the primary shipping address to a different address, tap the address to select it and tap **Set Primary**.
6. Tap **OK**.
