Create a redemption schedule

This topic describes how to create a points redemption schedule.

1. Click the Redemption tab.

2. In the Redemption button group, click Add.

3. Enter the Name and Description, and then select the redemption Type:

• $ Discount

• % Discount

• Offset

• $ Coupon

• % Coupon

• Offset Coupon

• Reward Item

1. Click Save.

2. In the Rules button group, click Add.

3. From the Rule drop-down, select the type of rule:

• Reason code (mandatory for $ Discount, % Discount, Offset, $ Coupon, % Coupon)

• Reward value per point (mandatory for $ Discount, % Discount, Offset, $ Coupon, % Coupon, Offset Coupon)

• Offset Item/ Charge Code (mandatory for Offset, Offset Coupon)

• Coupon Time Limits (mandatory for $ Coupon, % Coupon, Offset Coupon)

• Reward value per point (mandatory for Reward Item)

• Applies to the same incentive group as Collection

• Include incentive group(s)

• Exclude incentive group(s)

• Include customer group(s)

• Exclude customer group(s)

• Redeem on Backorders

• Redeem on Layaways

• Redeem on Work Orders

• Redeem on Refunds

• Maximum discount

• Redeem in the same transaction

1. Enter the Value.

2. Click Save.

3. Click Save.
