This guide identifies best practices that partners should follow when setting up a store's network to optimize RMH app performance and reduce the risk of service interruptions. Poorly designed and improperly configured networks are the primary source of technical issues that stores experience with their POS system, such as loss of POS lane connectivity, issues with peripheral connectivity and payment processing, and exposure to computer viruses and malware.
