# Bloquear compras a cuenta

1. Haga clic en **Cliente**.
2. Haga clic en **Cuenta**.
3. Haga doble clic en la cuenta AR para abrirla.
4. En **Estado** lista desplegable, seleccione una de las siguientes:

* **En suspensión:** La cuenta está activa, pero la capacidad del cliente para cargar compras en la cuenta está suspendida temporalmente. Los clientes aún pueden realizar pagos en el TPV y usted puede hacer ajustes en el Administrador de la tienda. Seleccione este estado si requiere que el titular de una cuenta de cuentas por cobrar liquide los saldos pendientes antes de que usted autorice nuevas compras en la cuenta.
* **Bloqueada:** La cuenta está activa, pero todas las compras, los pagos y los ajustes en la cuenta están bloqueados temporalmente.

5. Haga clic en **Guardar y cerrar**.
