# Consultar el saldo de vales de un cliente

1. Toca **Transacción** | **Consultar saldo del vale**.
2. Toque en el **Número** campo e ingrese el número del vale.
3. Toca **Buscar** o presione **Intro**. Se muestra el saldo actual del vale.

4. (Opcional) Toque **Detalles** para ver la fecha en que se compró el vale y el número de transacción.

Si el cliente ha usado el vale para comprar otros artículos anteriormente, toque el **Detalles** botón para ver el historial de compras.
