# Cancelar pedidos en depósito

Este tema describe cómo los cajeros, vendedores y gerentes de piso pueden cancelar pedidos en depósito y reembolsar depósitos (parciales o totales), cuando corresponda.

Si busca al cliente, cuando recupere el pedido de apartado, el POS solo muestra los pedidos de apartado que pertenecen al cliente seleccionado. Si no busca al cliente, cuando recupere el pedido de apartado, el POS muestra todos los pedidos de apartado abiertos y tendrá que buscar el pedido de apartado del cliente.

1. (Opcional) Busque al cliente. Consulte [**Buscar clientes**](/es/readme-1/work-with-customers/customers-looking-up.md) para obtener más información.
2. Pulse **Pedidos** | **Recuperaciones** | **Recuperar un apartado**.
3. Para seleccionar el pedido de apartado del cliente, haga una de las siguientes acciones:

* Pulse una vez el pedido de apartado y pulse **Agregar**.
* Pulse dos veces el pedido de apartado.

4. Pulse **Pedidos** | **Cancelar pedido**.
5. (Opcional) En la **Depósito a conservar** pantalla:
   1. Introduzca el importe del depósito del cliente que la tienda se está quedando (sin reembolsarlo al cliente). Si la tienda devuelve al cliente la totalidad del depósito, introduzca cero (0).
   2. Pulse **Aceptar**.
6. Introduzca el importe del reembolso junto al tipo de pago correspondiente.
7. Pulse **Aceptar**.
8. (Opcional) Imprima o envíe por correo electrónico el recibo del cliente.
9. Siga las políticas de su tienda para reabastecer los artículos de apartado.
