# Cobrar una venta a cuenta

1. Busque al cliente. Consulte [**Buscar clientes**](/es/readme-1/work-with-customers/customers-looking-up.md) para obtener más información.
2. Introduzca todos los artículos de la transacción.
3. Pulse **Transacción** | **Venta con pago**. También puede presionar **F12** o **Enter**.
4. En la **Pago** pantalla, introduzca el importe del pago junto al tipo de pago de la cuenta.

El nombre del tipo de pago de la cuenta es personalizable y puede variar según la tienda. Su tienda puede llamarlo Cuenta, Cargo a la tienda, Cuenta de cargos, Línea de crédito o de otra manera. En el ejemplo siguiente, se llama Cargo a la tienda.

5. Pulse **Aceptar**.

En la **Registrar transacción** pantalla, puede ver la fecha de vencimiento del próximo pago del cliente, su saldo pendiente actual y su crédito disponible. Siga las políticas de su tienda con respecto a compartir esta información con el cliente.

6. Pulse **Finalizar**.
7. (Opcional) Imprima o envíe por correo electrónico el recibo del cliente.
