# Cancelar pedidos pendientes

Este tema describe cómo los cajeros, vendedores y gerentes de piso pueden cancelar pedidos pendientes y reembolsar depósitos (parciales o totales), cuando corresponda.

Si busca al cliente, cuando recupere el pedido pendiente, el POS solo muestra los pedidos pendientes que pertenecen al cliente seleccionado. Si no busca al cliente, cuando recupere el pedido pendiente, el POS muestra todos los pedidos pendientes abiertos y tendrá que buscar el pedido pendiente del cliente.

1. (Opcional) Busque al cliente. Consulte [**Buscar clientes**](/es/readme-1/work-with-customers/customers-looking-up.md) para obtener más información.
2. Toque **Pedidos** | **Recuperaciones** | **Recuperar un pedido pendiente**.
3. Para seleccionar el pedido pendiente del cliente, haga una de las siguientes acciones:

* Toque el pedido pendiente una vez y toque **Agregar**.
* Toque el pedido pendiente dos veces.

4. Toque **Pedidos** | **Cancelar pedido**.
5. (Opcional) En la pantalla de **Depósito a conservar** pantalla:
   1. Introduzca el importe del depósito del cliente que la tienda conservará (no reembolsará al cliente). Si la tienda devuelve el depósito completo al cliente, introduzca cero (0).
   2. Toque **Aceptar**.
6. Introduzca el importe del reembolso junto al tipo de pago correspondiente.
7. Toque **Aceptar**.
8. (Opcional) Imprima o envíe por correo electrónico el recibo del cliente.
