# Realizar desembolsos
En la terminología minorista, una transacción de pago en efectivo se utiliza para retirar dinero de la caja registradora y pagar gastos menores de la tienda (como una tarifa de entrega de mensajería o una pequeña factura por servicios de cerrajería). Las transacciones de pago en efectivo se incluyen en los informes X, Z y ZZ.

Debe tener el **Permiso para realizar retiros y pagos en efectivo** para realizar pagos en el POS.

1. Toca **Operaciones** | **Efectivo** | **Pago en efectivo**.
2. Toque en el **Monto** campo e introduzca el importe exacto del pago en efectivo, por ejemplo, $59.55.
3. Toque en el **A** campo e introduzca el nombre de la persona o empresa que recibe el pago en efectivo, por ejemplo, Stan's Locksmith Services.
4. (Opcional) Si su tienda requiere códigos de motivo para los pagos en efectivo, toque el icono de exploración junto al **Código de motivo** campo, toque el código de motivo correspondiente para seleccionarlo y toque **Aceptar**.
5. (Opcional) Toque en el **Comentario** campo e introduzca un comentario, por ejemplo, Reemplazar la cerradura de la puerta de la oficina.
6. Toca **Aceptar**.
7. Toque en el **Efectivo** campo e introduzca el importe exacto del pago en efectivo, por ejemplo, $59.55.
8. Toca **Aceptar**.
9. Toca **Sí** para imprimir un recibo.
