# Cancelar transacciones

Puede cancelar transacciones en cualquier momento hasta el punto de la entrega. No puede cancelar una transacción si ya ha entregado la venta. (Si ya ha entregado la venta, en su lugar necesita anular la venta). Siga las políticas y los procedimientos de su tienda para cancelar transacciones.

Debe tener el **Permitido anular transacciones** permiso para cancelar una transacción.

1. Realice una de las siguientes acciones:

* Presione **Esc**
* Presione **F8**

2. Toca **Sí** para confirmar que desea cancelar la transacción.
3. Si se le solicita, pulse el código de motivo correspondiente para seleccionarlo y pulse **Aceptar**.
