# Desactivar el servicio de procesador de hojas de cálculo

Para usar la Extensión de compatibilidad con versiones anteriores, debe desactivar el servicio de Procesador de hojas de cálculo RMH sin Flash en el equipo donde están instaladas tanto la aplicación Central Server basada en Flash como la aplicación Central Server sin Flash. Cuando la Extensión de compatibilidad con versiones anteriores está instalada, las hojas de cálculo de las tiendas Flash y sin Flash son procesadas por el servicio RMH Central Custom.

1. Abra el **Servicios** aplicación en el equipo.
