Setting up account managers

You have the option of assigning account managers to AR accounts.

To set up an account manager:

1. Click Setup.
2. Expand Customer.
3. Expand Account Receivables.
4. Click Account Managers.
5. Click New.
6. Enter the following information: ClosedSHOW MORE INFO
  • Code

  • Name

  • Contact information

7. To copy an existing account manager, select it and click Copy.
8. To edit an existing account manager, select it and click Edit.
9. Click Save And Close.
