Generating the offline inventory report

1. Click Reports.
2. Click Active Reports.
3. Expand Standard.
4. Expand Items.
5. Select Offline Inventory List.
6. Use the Filter dialog options to identify the information you want to include in the report.

For example, you might filter on Reason Code and Damaged to include all items that were added to offline inventory because they were damaged.

7. Click OK.
8. Do the following as required:
  • Click Export to Excel to export the report to Excel;

  • Click Export to PDF to export the report to PDF; or

  • Click Print to print the report.
