Store Manager and POS

• New pick list and pack list receipt templates

Starting with release 3.9.21, two new XML receipt templates will be available: Custom_PickingList.xml and Custom_PackingList.xml. Stores typically use pick lists and pack lists when employees pick or pack customer orders. Some examples include:

• Stores with an online shop: Orders may be picked up by the customer or mailed to the customer.

• Stores that offer a personal shopper service: Orders may be picked up curbside by the customer or delivered to the customer's home.

• Big box home improvement stores with pick up or loading zone: Orders are typically picked up by the customer in a designated pick up or loading zone.

When you download the release package, these templates are copied to C:\Program Files (x86)\Retail Hero\RMH Store Manager\ReceiptTemplates\ by default.

Store Manager and Central Manager

• Transfer out cost now based on the shipping store's cost

Starting with release 3.9.21, when an inter-store transfer in is created between stores managed by Central Manager, the matching transfer out uses the item cost at the shipping store, not the item cost at the receiving store.
