Central Manager

• New Extended Properties tab on Item screen

Starting with release 3.9.16, the Extended Properties tab will be available on the Item screen. It will have the same options that are available on the Extended Properties tab in Store Manager.

Note: If you select these options for an item in Central Manager, the changes will be synced to stores selected on the Store Groups tab.

• New tasks in the Inventory Wizard

Starting with release 3.9.16, you will be able to use the Inventory Wizard to perform two new tasks:

• Task 1010: May not be placed on purchase order - Select this task if you want to block items from being added to purchase orders, for example if you do not want to restock the item. This task will turn on the option Do Not Order on the Purchase tab of the Item screen in Central Manager.

• Task 1230: Item is available on the website - Select this task if you want to make items available on the store website. This task will turn on the option Item is available on the website on the Options tab of the Item screen in Central Manager.

• New Filter fields for worksheets

Starting with release 3.9.16, you will be able to select the Date Created and Web Item filter items in the following worksheets:

• Worksheet 251: Update Inventory - Item Prices

• Worksheet 261: Download Items

• Worksheet 303: Change Item Ordering Info

• Worksheet 304: Change Item Prices (Regular)

• Worksheet 320: Adjust Item Sales Tax

• Worksheet 330: Inventory Transfer

• Worksheet 340: PO Planner

• Worksheet 351: Update Inventory - Item Prices Cost (Regular)

Use Date Created to filter on items that were created on the specified date. It will not filter on items that were updated on that date. If you want to filter on items that were either created or updated on a specified date, use the Item Last Updated filter instead.

Use Web Item to filter on items that are available on the store's website. This is useful if your store offers different prices for items sold online.
