• Look up items from both primary and secondary suppliers by reorder number

Starting with release 3.11.8, under Merchandising | Items, you can look up items from both primary and secondary suppliers by searching on the supplier's reorder number.

If you want to search the reorder numbers of the primary supplier, click in the Reorder Number column and type part or all of the reorder number into the lookup field. The list of items dynamically updates to display all matches for the primary supplier. If you want to search the reorder numbers of secondary suppliers, type part or all of the reorder number into the lookup field and press Enter.

You can display the Reorder Number column in the items list view by clicking Layout and selecting Reorder Number. You can add supplier information for items, such as the reorder number, on the Purchase tab of the Item window.

• Include Tax ID Number in the customer list view

Starting with release 3.11.8, under Customer | Customers, you can display the Tax ID Number column in the customer list view by clicking Layout and selecting Tax ID Number. The Tax ID Number column is not displayed in the customer list view layout by default.
