POS

  • Use F6 to access Action options for a line item

Starting with release 3.11.2, cashiers can use the F6 keyboard shortcut to access Action button options, such as changing item quantity, for a line item in a transaction.

Central Manager

  • Add MSRP to Worksheet 304: Change Item Prices

Starting with release 3.11.2, MSRP is included as a column in Worksheet 304: Change Item Prices. In addition, if you click the Formula button, MSRP is listed as an option in the Set Price To drop-down list. This enables you to create a formula to define new prices for items that is based on MSRP.

  • Performance improvement when Item Filter is selected for most worksheets

Starting with release 3.11.2, for all worksheets except 330: Inventory Transfer and 340: PO Planner, you will notice improved performance if you use Item Filter to add items to the worksheet.

Central Manager and Store Manager

  • New manager user role option

Starting with release 3.11.2, there is a new option Allow to Change On Hand Quantity for manager user roles. This option, which is selected by default, controls whether managers can change on hand quantities for items in Store Manager. If you de-select the option for a manager user role, managers assigned the role cannot change on hand quantities for items in Store Manager. You can configure this option in Setup | People and Security | Manager User Roles | Privileges | Items Privileges in either Central Manager or Store Manager.

Note: You cannot change the on hand quantities for items in Central Manager. You can only change on hand quantities for items in Store Manager.

Central Manager, Store Manager, and POS

  • Use register default task pad for global cashiers

Starting with release 3.11.2, if you create a global cashier in Central Manager (Setup | People and Security | Store Users), the POS task pad value will be automatically set to <Use register default> in Store Manager for the store groups to which the cashier is assigned.
