New drill-down functionality for worksheets and reports
Starting with release 3.11.16, if you click an Item Lookup Code in a worksheet it will open the item in the Item dialog. Similarly, if you click an Item Lookup Code, Department, or Category in a report it will open the relevant Item, Department, or Category dialog.
This drill-down functionality is only available to Central Users with the appropriate merchandising permissions.

Improvements to Cashier Time Clock reports
Starting with release 3.11.16, the Cashier Time Clock and Cashier Time Clock with Time in Hours-Minutes reports use an improved formula for calculating time worked.

Display change for cash transactions on the receipt prompt screen
Starting with release 3.11.16, if you select the Print only after asking the cashier option for printed receipts, the change due for cash transactions will also display in the receipt prompt dialog. This enhancement will help cashiers provide change while at the same time asking the customer if they want a receipt for their transaction.
You can select the Print only after asking the cashier option in Store Manager under Setup | Hardware | Register List on the Receipt Printer 1 or Receipt Printer 2 tabs.

New options for excluding inactive items from physical inventory count
Starting with release 3.11.16, when you generate a physical inventory count file, there are two new options for excluding inactive items from the count. Select Exclude inactive to exclude all inactive items. Select Exclude inactive where on hand quantity is not equal to zero to exclude all inactive items if the on hand quantity is zero, but include inactive items if the on hand quantity is any +/- value.
You can select these options in Store Manager under Inventory/Purchasing | Physical Inventory | New.
