Store Manager

• Changes to Cashier Time Clock reports

Starting with release 3.10.3, the Cashier Time Clock and Cashier Time Clock with Time in Hours-Minutes reports will show actual punch in/out times.

Store Manager and Central Manager

• Changes to Item Price List report

Starting with release 3.10.3, the Item Price List report will show % Profit Margin and $ Profit for items that are tax exclusive. This typically applies in jurisdictions in Canada and the U.S. The formula for % Profit Margin is [(Price-Cost)/Price)] * 100. The formula for $ Profit is [Price-Cost].

Central Manager

• Two new worksheets

Starting with release 3.10.3, you will be able to use two new worksheets in Central Manager:

• 321: Change Item Block Sales

• 322: Change Item Discounts

Use Worksheet 321 to block item sales according to a schedule or for a specified period of time. Use Worksheet 322 to apply new item discounts.

• Two new configuration options

Starting with release 3.10.3, you will be able to use two new configuration options in Central Manager:

• Do not allow Central to override the Item Discount in Stores

• Do not allow Central to override the Item Block Sales in Stores

When selected, these options (available under File | Configuration) prevent Central Manager from overriding item discounts or block sales criteria at the store level when item details are updated in Central Manager.

For example, if you change one item property such as alias in Central Manager, an item update package is pushed to stores. This package usually updates all item properties. If you select these two new configuration options, item discounts or block sales criteria that you defined for the item in Central Manager are not pushed to the stores in the item update package.
